A problem I encountered and how I solved it @ 12:27 PM
With exams round the corner, I had to multi-task between homework and revision. "How do people cope with so much stress?!" I exclaimed, thinking to myself. "Never mind. I'll just have to cope with it," I thought. Over the days, I studied more and slept lesser. When I finally had blood shot eyes, I confided with my mother. She told me that if one wishes to succeed he would need to have a good night's sleep and be able to plan out he's work well. I took her advice and was much better the following days. Even with her advice, I was able to study more as I was able to focus more.
Even with her advice, my schedule was packed with CCAs and school homework. I had to schedule all my activities just to ensure that i have enough time for everything that was needed to be done. Even while doing this, I am still quite worked up over the stress i have to cope with now. At least I know that my gaming consoles are waiting for my exams to be done with so that i can finally play it. That is the third reason why i want to do well for my exams, because of this benefit that i will get in return. :). Obviously that isn't the only reason. First of all I knowledge to become a doctor. Next, with that job qualification, I would be able to help all those who are disabled. I was motivated by my cousin who also plan to be a doctor but help our grandfather. However, his wish couldn't come true for my grandfather has moved on.

Something that took place in school @ 2:28 AM
Last year, when I was secondary 1, an interesting but dangerous act took place in school. I was still getting to know everyone after our orientation camp. It was Geography lesson. It all seemed so peaceful until our Geography teacher wanted to choose people for the 'Adventure Trail'. However, she only chose those people who were quiet. For the first time Hakeem was as quiet as a mouse. It was such a great achievement for him.
Razi, due to the new environment isn't so stable yet but so can be quite sensitive then. Even so, he was very aggressive. After the choosing, Hakeem went back to square one. he's mouth was like a chain gun, firing word by word consistently. He kept on talking about Razi until Razi just cracked. Even though this is violence, I liked the entertainment. First of all, Razi threw his bottle at Hakeem. BOOM! Headshot! Next, a dash to Hakeem, with a straight punch to the stomach. Next, a very strong hold upon his neck. His nails pierced through Hakeem's first layer of skin. Everyone was in awe watching them fight but then I had some sense to stop them. Instead, I was the next punching bag. However, I knew Razi for a long time and knew how to handle him. Our Geography teacher tended to akeem's wound while i was still wrestling with my old friend.
He's seriously very strong. I was then flung back. Guess I couldn't handle him after all. Luckily the Geography teacher came to save me. Yay!!! Class ended with the bell ringing and both Hakeem and Razi were being lectured about their behavior. Even so, I know Razi still keeps a grudge against Hakeem cause that's his nature.

Fun things during OPW @ 1:39 AM
I'm so pumped for the first lesson of our online project work. this is my first time doing a project that requires us to build 3D models on the computer. First of all, we are to form groups and pick a location at random. Fortunately, my group got the eco-pond. We had to brain storm for ideas to improve this location. we also had to figure out its key strengths and weaknesses so we can improve on it.
Even while we were thinking there was still fun going about. My friend and I had bought fish food and intended to draw out the big fish that was rarely seen. Once it finally showed itself, it was like a kraken in an ocean. It was huge! in 1 gulp, all the food that we tossed in was gone. It was an amazing found. After extracting all the information about the pond, its time for Google sketch-up. It is software created to construct 3D models. It's so cool!! Anything made there would be 3D. However, it was difficult to use at the start as we were not familiar with the buttons. In the end, with the help of our teachers, we managed to make a 3D chair. but, knowing myself being very cheeky, I made a toilet bowl instead. :)
So, even boring projects such as OPW have fun activities in it. Hopefully all other projects in the future would be the same. :)

A moment spent alone doing something you enjoyed @ 4:57 AM
Last Saturday after completing my homework, i decided to do something fun. i played chinese chess online. Although I'm a Malay, I have the skill to play well. I started to play when i was primary 6. Even though i was a late bloomer, i have the talent to excel as a good player. I started to play this sport for fun. However, my interest didn't stay at leisure level. Instead, i took one step further, i joined the chess club. From there, my skills improved as i played with other people. Also, we have a professional coach. he's the only one to be shown on television for chinese chess.
With his help, my thinking skills improved tremendously. The results are shown every time i enter a competition. Even though i screwed up my first competition, i wasn't deterred to strive for better results. Now every time i participate in a competition, i would be able to win at least 4. That is the average number of points we're suppose to get for every competition no matter who our opponent is.(Exception Hwa Chong)
However, winning at chess is a difficult thing. For players who are not experienced in battling new people, they tend to be more nervous and cause themselves to go into a panic state. Once one is in this state, the person is unable to focus and will eventually lose. :( . Also, tactics and traps are the key points of this game. Without them, one will only have to depend on his own thinking skills to spring all of these traps. But, the most important thing is to not repeat the same mistake when playing,
Now, I'm left in front of my computer playing. Hopefully one day i might be a professional player and represent Singapore in an international competition.

Mr Koh's egg surprise @ 6:30 AM
Today, I was quite surprised with what my Physics teacher could do with an egg. He was totally an epic person. Even so, it was a great experiment by him. He literally messed up our whole class because of that. Also, he showed us gravity at work.Even so, i still think it was worth while seeing it. Hopefully, he won't mess up again with other classes.
It all started when we were learning pressure. He had brought an egg and wanted to test our strength. we could only use our palms to try squeeze the egg until it cracks and bursts. Unfortunately he gave us something quite impossible to do as the surface area of our palm was too big for us to compress so, it cannot crack. However, he wanted to show off that he could catch it continuously without dropping or breaking it.Also, he wanted to show how gravity affected this small egg upon he's throwing.
Since he was standing directly below the fan and didn't know it, he was not as careful as what i thought he would be. Then, he threw the egg to high and it ricochet off the fan and onto the whiteboard, splattering egg yolk at the front row students. :). the whole class was in awe that he, a teacher, screwed up. It really didn't give us a good impression of him. Even so, he's still our teacher and we are to respect him no matter what happens. I will remember this situation for life for it has etched in my memory.
